Lending Match helps people compare lenders without a hard credit inquiry during the matching process. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse, search by location, or complete the lender-matching form.

Information we handle

You may provide your name, date of birth, address, ZIP code, the last four digits of your Social Security number, requested loan type and amount, estimated credit-score range, and information you choose to share when requesting optional guidance.

Our hosting and security systems may also receive standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

How information is used

We use information to identify lenders that serve your area and requested loan category, preserve in-progress matching work during the browser session, provide support you request, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Lending Match does not sell personal information.

Browser storage and retention

The website may keep non-SSN draft fields in browser session storage. The last four digits of your Social Security number are excluded from that draft storage. Draft information is removed after a successful match request and normally clears when the browser session ends.

Sharing, security, and choices

Information may be processed by providers that host, secure, or support Lending Match, or disclosed when required by law. Third-party lenders have their own privacy policies. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may browse without completing the application flow, stop at any time, clear browser storage, decline optional coaching, or ask a privacy question through the Ybank Guidance option. Lending Match is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
